Well appears to be in production at this time. Site is restored and vegetation has achieved 70 % uniform coverage. The access road is in good condition ¿ BMPs in place. The Department noted that there was not a well tag permanently affixed to the well head. I contacted Al Birch and he agreed to take immediate action to correct the problem.

2111631 2012-10-31 No Violations Noted John Ley WQS, SWRO was on site to conduct an inspection. At the time of the inspection, the well site sign and label were on site. The well was drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus located onsite appeared to be in sound working condition. There were no erosion or sedimentation issues. The area around the pad meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage.
