Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. All access road and site erosion controls had been implemented properly and no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.
1950634 2011-02-17 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed. Well was equipped for production, brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Drill pit still located onsite and it had the required two feet of lined freeboard, however once the fluid melts the operator should remove fluids from the pit for disposal. Operator should close the drill pit, begin final site grading along with final site and access road stabilization as soon as the weather permits. All access road and site erosion controls had been implemented properly and no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.
2066760 2012-05-10 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed 11/05/10, well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Noted that a majority of what was the well pad had been tilled as part of a cultivated crop field. The remainder of the well-site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
