Production equipment consisted of separator (150 psi), data logger (150 psi/0 psi), and 100 bbl brine tank (<10 bbl fluid). No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. Well tag present. No signs of gas leak around well.
1890188 2010-06-03 No Violations Noted At time of inspection, well was drilled and in production. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with successful vegetative growth. Access road was stable. No accelerated erosion and sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Site exhibited possible evidence of brine tank overflowing, with streaks of residue on top of tank and down sides, as well as some dead vegetation surrounding tank. It is recommended that operator continue to closely monitor brine levels and routinely empty tank to avoid a possible overflow. Dept could not locate and official completion report; therefore, it is recommended that one be resubmitted to DEP to ensure compliance.
