2124820 2012-12-18 No Violations Noted An inspection of the Fisk Hollow, Well # 2377 was conducted on December 18, 2012 in response to a Well Site Restoration Report received by the Department. The site was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed. The Restoration report is deemed approved. No violations were cited during this inspection. - MRN
