All E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. It was noted that the silt fencing installed would result in the concentration of runoff flow to the lowest spot along the fence near township road 629. This area should be monitored closely to insure that the silt fencing functions properly during well development activities.
2125612	2012-12-26	No Violations Noted	Drilling was completed on 11/22/11. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been properly restored and there were no erosion issues observed in relation to the site or access road.
