The well reached total depth on 5/11/11 and restoration should have been done by 2/11/12.
However, ANR was unable to complete the restoration on time because of the extremely wet summer and fall (they included documentation). I granted the extension and the new restoration date will be 8/11/12. |

Overall the it is vegetated but the silt fence is still up. We also did not see signs on the well itself. Iï¾’m recording no violations at this time, but the site could use tending. |
