Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2391221 Primary Facility 05/07/2015 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 05/7/15, I inspected the Springer 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 as a routine inspection and made the following observations:
2391554 Primary Facility 06/05/2015 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/5/15, I inspected the Springer 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 wells as a follow up to a routine inspection on 5/7/15. I met with Lisa Raffle from Atlas to discuss erosion issues found in the previous inspection. Vegetation in the area (a large hay field) was very high and made it difficult to locate a number of the areas of concern.
2391570 Primary Facility 06/23/2015 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted On 06/23/15, I inspected the Springer 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 as a follow up inspection to previous inspections on 05/07/15 and 06/05/15. Site vegetation was cut allowing for location of erosion issues and facilitation of further discussion with the operator to remediate current and potential erosion concerns.
2391592 Primary Facility 07/01/2015 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/1/15, I inspected the Springer 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 as a follow up to multiple previous inspections and met with Atlas representatives for a second review and discussion about remediation of current and potential erosion concerns.
