2699698 Primary Facility 2018-03-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site and access road had been constructed in accordance with the ESCGP. All site and access road erosion controls had been implemented and maintained properly. All disturbed slopes and soil stockpiles had been stabilized with vegetation. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Drilling had commenced but was not ongoing at the time of the inspection. Secondary containment sized appropriately for the equipment that had been onsite for the drilling of the conductor was located onsite. There was an Act 9 sign located onsite in accordance with 25 Pa Code Chapter 78a.55(i).
