I met Chris Hughes (Chesapeake) on site who explained that PCSM infiltration areas will be constructed after vegetation is fully established. 3 cellars are in place on the pad for the Marcellus wells Chesapeake has planned. I got an electrical conductivity reading (Oakton PCSTestr 35) of 0.21 mS/cm from water in the ditch near the site ID sign. This site is in the Little Tuscarora Creek Watershed. JLP |
