2647299 Primary Facility 2017-10-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of XPR Resources LLC, Recovery Recovery Well Pad 3 on October 10, 2017. No one was onsite during my inspection. PCSM installation has been completed. The contractor regraded the pad allowing water to flow towards the recently installed channel along the S and W border of the pad. This developed channel leads to an existing pond. The contractor applied E&S blanket along the developed channel and seed has been applied. The ditch along the access road leading to the well pad has been cleaned out. All BMPs remain in place. The pad remains at full build-out size (350'x550').

There are 4 producing wells on this pad: (027-21660, 027-21661, 027-21662, 027-21663). There are 2 production units onsite and (4) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks located in secondary containment. A trace of water was present within the produced fluids containment with a conductivity of 300 uS/cm.

No violations noted.

2670069 Primary Facility 2017-12-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 26 Deg. F and cloudy, windy at time of inspection.

Routine inspection of XPR Resources LLC, Resource Recovery 3 Pad, well # 2H on December 12, 2017.There are 4 producing wells on this pad: (Permits: 027-21660; 027-21661; 027-21662; 027-21663). Both annuluses are open and plumbed to GPU at time of inspection. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent or in the area immediately surrounding the well. Visibly confirmed unknown combustible gas escaping the ground from the outside of the well casing at very slow rate. Digital gauge for the production tubing reads 121 PSI and located at Gas Processing Unit. No violations noted, but discussed follow up inspection with co. representatives that are present on site. XPR Resources LLC Representatives - Kevin Brady, Hydrologist, Environmental Scientist, Wetland Delineator and Heather Empfield, Permitting & Geologist ¿ XPR Resources. DEP Representative ¿ Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.

2795361 Primary Facility 2018-10-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection with Heather Empfield of XPR Resources LLC at Recovery Recovery Well Pad 3 on October 17, 2018. PCSM installation has been completed. The contractor regraded the pad allowing water to flow towards the recently installed channel along the S and W border of the pad. This developed channel is fully vegetated and leads to an existing wet pond. The ditch along the access road leading to the well pad has been cleaned out. The pad remains at full build-out size (350'x550').

There are 4 producing wells on this pad: (027-21660, 027-21661, 027-21662, 027-21663). Each well head is properly tagged. There are 2 production units onsite and (4) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks located in secondary containment. As discussed during the site inspection with Ms. Empfield, the Department recommends submitting well site restoration reports for the 4 active wells onsite via Greenport.

No violations noted.
