2662733 Primary Facility 2017-11-17 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Range Resources submitted a well site restoration report on November 9, 2017 for well 027-21713 located on the Gulf USA well pad in Snow Shoe Township, Centre County. I conducted a well site restoration inspection at this location on November 17, 2017.

There are two producing wells located on this well pad (027-21709 and 027-21713). Each well is tagged with the API/well # and emergency contact #. Each well is connected to its own production unit. Fluids separators in each production unit dump fluids from level actuated dump lines to a set of (2) 400 bbl. vertical steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular engineered secondary containment. The (2) production fluids tanks are manifolded together via 4" valved outlets to a common 4" valved manifold line, and tanks are also manifolded via overhead steel line connections. Water within secondary containment <1". Sales gas exits the W corner of the site discharging into Superior Appalachian Pipeline Company's 67 H pipeline.

The pad remains at full bui

2668965 Primary Facility 2017-12-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 38 Deg. F and sunny, windy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Range Resources Appalachia LLC, Gulf USA Pad, well - 67H on December 6, 2017.

There are 2 producing well on this pad: (Permit: 37-027-21709; 37-027-21713).

4-1/2"x 7¿ annulus vent was plumbed to a poly tank. Poly tank had 100% LEL and 0% methane at time of inspection. 7¿ x 9-5/8¿ annulus is closed and 9-5/8¿x 13-3/8¿ annulus is open at time of inspection. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vents or in the area immediately surrounding the well. Well head mechanical gauge shows 790 PSI on production tubing. No violations noted.

Range Resources Appalachia LLC representatives during inspection: Randy Hunter ¿ Environmental Compliance Specialist II, Casey Nicholson ¿ Lease Operator I, Josh Seiffert ¿ Contract Lease Operator.

DEP Representative ¿ Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.

2810887 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Dpeartment representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources Gulf USA 67H well pad on December, 6, 2018. There are two producing Marcellus wells drilled on this well pad. Each well head is properly labeled and each well cellar is full of gravel. Two GPUs are stationed onsite. (2) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks are onsite and stationed in secondary containment.

The well pad has been partially reduced in size. PCSMs remain in place and appear to be functioning as design. All restored areas are well vegetated. No E&S issues were observed.

No violations noted.

2853823 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 36 Deg. F, sunny and windy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Range Resources Appalachia LLC., Gulf USA Pad, well # 67H on March 13, 2019. There are 2 active well on this pad.

This well is open and producing at the time of inspection. Annulus (5-1/5¿ X 9-5/8¿) is open and vented into the poly tank at time of inspection, 25% LEL and 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent. Annulus (9-5/8¿ X 13-3/8") is open and vented to the atmosphere at time of inspection, 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent. Production processing equipment includes 2 gas processing units, 2 production water tanks and 2 poly tanks, measurement equipment - orifice meter stations. Production tubing pressure is 959 PSI, production casing pressure is 1000 PSI. Wellsite look neat and well organized. No concerns or violations noted at the time of inspection. Range Resources Appalachia LLC. ¿ Josh Seiffert, Lease Operator. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.
