2201270 Primary Facility 08/14/2013 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy On August 14, 2013 at about 9:00, Range resources reported a small brine spill (approximately a barrel) by phone first to me and then to WQSS Vince Yantko.
2322064 Primary Facility 08/07/2014 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted All wells have appropriate labeling. Tanks are labeled and are in secondary containment. Containments in good condition and have off load drip pan. All slopes are well vegetated with no evidence of erosion or sedimentation. A freshwater AST is located on-site and appears to be constructed properly. No violations or issues of concern noted during this inspection.
2364135 Primary Facility 01/14/2015 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Records available on-site. Wells are appropriately labled with well tags. There is a freshwater above ground storage tank on-site for use during nearby fraccing activities. This site appears to be stabilized and there are no indications of accelerated erosion along the cut and fill slope. There were no violations noted during this inspection.
2364145 Primary Facility 03/19/2015 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Signage, records and well tags observed. No accelerated erosion noted along the cut and fill slopes. Temporary water line from the AST to the Earl Redd for upcoming fraccing was noted (proper permit obtained). Several 55 gallon drums holding purge water from monitoring wells has been stored within secondary containment of baker tanks; the labels are becoming illegible and one of the drums has a loose lid. The operator was made aware and had Solid Oak (contractor) make the fixes to the drums. No violations noted during this visit.
