2662978 Primary Facility 2017-11-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection on November 20, 2017 at Range Resources Winner 1-6 Well site located in Gallagher Twp., Clinton County. There are a total of 6 producing Marcellus wells located on this pad. Each well is tagged with the API/well #. Each well cellar is filled in with gravel. Each well is connected to its own production unit. Fluids separators in each production unit dump fluids from level actuated dump lines to a set of (4) 400 bbl. vertical steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular engineered secondary containment. The (4) production fluids tanks are manifolded together via 4" valved outlets to a common 4" valved manifold line, and tanks are also manifolded via overhead steel line connections. Water within secondary containment <1". Sales gas exits the E edge of the site discharging into Energy Transfer Partners Winner Pipeline.

Also stationed on the E edge of the pad is a 325 gallon tote of Methanol and a 325 gallon tote of organic defoamer. Each is stationed on secondary containment and conne

2810827 Primary Facility 2018-12-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On December 4, 2018, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources LLC. Winner 1-2H Well Pad. Site inspection log was onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.

The Casilio FWI had about 6 foot of freeboard and the slopes of the impoundment were well vegetated.

There are a total of 6 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. Cellars are filled in . There are 6 GPU’s and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.

No violations noted.

2854002 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 36 Deg. F, sunny and windy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Range Resources Appalachia LLC., Winner Unit Pad, well # 3H on March 13, 2019. There are 6 active wells on this pad.

This well is open and producing at the time of inspection. Annulus (5-1/5¿ X 9-5/8¿) is open and vented into the poly tank at time of inspection, 82% LEL and 36% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent. Annulus (9-5/8¿ X 13-3/8") is open and vented to the atmosphere at time of inspection, 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent. Production processing equipment includes 6 gas processing units, 4 production water tanks and 3 poly tanks, measurement equipment - orifice meter stations. Production tubing pressure is 600 PSI, production casing pressure is 750 PSI. Wellsite look neat and well organized. No concerns or violations noted at the time of inspection. Range Resources Appalachia LLC. ¿ Josh Seiffert, Lease Operator. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.
