| 0140056669 | 2018-09-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | I arrived on location to witness the measuring of the pressures on the annulus of the surface/ production casings and the production casing for water complaint #5940. On location are Aaron Barger (M & R) and Dusty Levengood (M & R), The casing head is exposed and a 100 pound pressure gauge was used to measure the pressure. The annulus pressure registered 8 psi and the production casing registered 70 psi. I phone Scott Scheiner (ODNR - Hydrologist Oil & Gas) and let him know the results. I updated the complaint log. |
| 0702731406 | 2016-08-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with a gas motor. There is a domestic gas connection at the well. The RBDMS record shows the well has a production report submitted for 2015. The diked tank battery consists of one 100 barrel tank, an inground concrete brine tank, and a horizontal separator with a meter. The well is legibly identified. There are no compliance issues noted at this time. |
| 1536078366 | 2018-08-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | I did an inspection on this well for Complaint # 5940. The compliant is a water complaint and Scott Scheiner (Geologist ODNR Oil & Gas) is the lead investigator. The well is equipped with a pumpjack and the casing head is buried. The tank battery consists of a 100-barrel steel tank, a horizontal separator, an inground concrete brine vault and a meter. The well is legibly identified. I contacted Chris Belch (Production Foreman M & R) and advised him the casing head would need to be exposed to get pressure readings from the well. After speaking with Scott Scheiner, a meeting was scheduled for 09-04-18 at the wellhead. The complaint log was updated. |
