There is an under pull pumping unit on the well and there are no production lines attached to the well. I called and spoke to Robert Miley of Miley Oil Company and Mr. Miley stated that he believed he owns the well. I agreed to meet with Mr. Miley at a later date to discuss registering the wells and adding them to his bond. |
