There is 1 producing well on this pad. Production processing equipment includes separator, in-line drip and production water tank. Production line pressure is 110 PSI, casing pressure gauge reads 150 PSI. Annulus (7¿ x 4-1/2¿) is open and vented. 100% LEL and 100% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. No violations are noted at time of inspection, but discussed a follow up inspection after annulus vent pressure is evaluated and gas release is redirected to wellhead tubing, if possible.
