On 04/08/16 at approximately 1130 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Christen Well Pad. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the mail box. The site overall was adequately vegetated. The impoundments on site were open and contained fluids. The wells appeared to be in good condition. |
