0666699025 | 2018-07-10 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I inspected drilling operations today on the Anna #1 well. Steve Nethers and Jeff Redman were drilling during the inspection. The depth at the time of the inspection was approximately 450 feet. A new pit liner was installed in the pit since the previous inspection. Time of inspection: 12:30 PM. Weather: 85 degrees F, Sunny |
1150705885 | 2018-06-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I witnessed Jeff Redman pressure up on the 5.5 inch casing. The test began at 10:15 AM with 315 psi on the casing. After 30 minutes the casing had 300 psi. The test passed. The backside of the casing was topped off with 10 bags of concrete mix prior to the pressure test earlier in the week. Time of inspection: 9:45 AM. |
1491844535 | 2017-04-10 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | This inspection was conducted as a status check. I was accompanied by Jim Wiles. The well was spudded during the inspection. The drilling pit was dug and lined. A 20 foot joint of 8.63 inch diameter drive pipe was observed on location. The 5.5 inch diameter surface casing was also observed on location. The 5.5 inch was used but appeared to be in acceptable condition. No violations. Time of inspection: 11:30 AM. |
1520958811 | 2018-03-13 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I inspected drilling operations today. Jeff Redman and Steve Nethers were drilling during the inspection. They were at a depth of 240 feet. The permit calls for 420 feet of 5.5 inch surface casing. Mr. Redman has requested to set a shorter amount of casing as he said that they should be through the Big Injun at approximately 300 feet. I told Mr. Redman that I would have to get approval from the permitting section to alter the casing program. I emailed Permitting Manager Steve Opritza to request approval to shorten the surface casing string. Mr. Opritza granted the request and will allow Rednet Exploration to set 370 feet of casing. Weather: 28 degrees F, Snow |
1527596482 | 2018-05-25 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I witnessed the cementing of the 5.5 inch surface casing today for Rednet Exploration. I was accompanied by Inspector Bob Roush. Rednet Exploration contracted Formation Cementing to cement the casing. Circulation was achieved and cement was observed at surface but dropped when total displacement was reached. Refer to cement ticket report for details. Time of inspection: 9:05 AM. |
1535130458 | 2018-08-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | My inspection revealed that the well has been drilled. Jeff Redman informed me on 8/13/2018 via phone conversation that the well has been drilled in. There were no personnel present during the inspection. The 5.5 inch casing was shut in. The drilling pit was open and I did not observe any oil in the pit. Mr. Redman indicated that the well did not have a good show. Time of inspection: 12:40 PM. Weather: 77 degrees F, Sunny |
