2826108 Primary Facility 2019-01-09 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted On January 9, 2019, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX, RHL99 well pad site. The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator for pre-operational inspection prior to the commencement of drilling operations on the well site.

The operator has completed construction of the access road and well pad. The operator has installed all the E&S BMPs which appear in good condition and functional. The operator has finalized the permanent stabilization on the well pad fill slopes. The operator had begin hydro seeding the site the previous day, which has been impacted to a rainfall event. The operator has indicated that areas on the well pad fill slopes will be hydro seeded a second time. The operator has installed and stabilized the PCSM structures.

8 cellars have been set on the pad for conductor set for the start of drilling operations, after the pre-operational inspection. 5 wells have been permitted on the site at time of inspection and 3 new

2830003 Primary Facility 2019-01-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The well was spud on 1/16/2019. The operator augered a 32" borehole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 26" welded conductor pipe was set at 100 feet and cemented to the surface through tubing. A cylindrical steel well cellar has been installed. The operator is currently on site drilling mouseholes.
