Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000PL4513 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0732133610 2018-01-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The Stan Hywet # 1 well was operated as a plunger lift well. The wellhead was configured with 4.5 casing and 1.5 tubing . The 8.625 annulus was monitored through a two (2) inch riser. I did not identify any leaks at the wellhead. The wellhead was secured with chain link fencing and was locked. A legible I. D. sign was posted. Access was gained on a graveled road. The tank battery was shared with the Stan Hywet # 5, # 4-D, # 3-D and # 2-D wells. The combined tank battery consisted of four (4) 210 barrel stock tanks, one (1) 100 barrel brine tank , one (1) 50 barrel brine tank and five (5) 2408 horizontal separators. The tank battery was fenced and surrounded with an earthen dike. The load lines were locked and plugged. The I.D. signage was posted and legible. I did not identify any leaks at the tank battery. No violations found during this inspection.
