The thief hatches were closed and there were a bull plugs installed in the draw valves. The dike was free of vegetation and debris. This tank battery is shared with permits 1887, 1441 and 2329. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. The 50 barrel brine tank was cracked on the top side and there was a new 100 barrel steel brine tank on site to be installed. No violations at this time. |
