Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1899925 2010-07-02 No Violations Noted Well tag in place. Well is equipped for production.

Tank sound. Vegetated dirt dike installed around tank. Access road stabilized with no signs of accelerated erosion.

  • Site is fairly well stabilized with vegetation, but some areas of the site require additional seed/mulch to ensure 70% vegetative cover, and
final stabilization is achieved. The steep slopes present on this site elevates this need for maximum stability. No signs of accelerated
erosion on site at time of inspection. Spoke to operator representative Mike Gatsky about this concern.

Please address the above and contact this office upon completion. Restoration complete pending completion of the above.
