2749022 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-26 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Upon investigation, no well was located where coordinates are located. It appears that this is a duplicate well with 019-01439. The operator of 019-01439 stated that his Mom had never produced the well in many decades, if ever. That well was registered in 1995, but was shut in and the production line cut off. In 1998, the well was registered by a coal company and given a new number. The reason the other spot was not seen on the map is because 019-01439 was plotted incorrectly on the map. |
