The vac truck, owned by National Vacuum Corp was preparing to dump the drill cuttings onto the ground behind the shop building. After a series of phone calls, arrangements were made to allow the vac truck to take the cuttings to Lakeview Landfill. Ed Muskgrave was to clean up the cuttings already on site. These cutting were to be taken to the landfill. |
