At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with pump-jack system in a wooded clearing. The pump connections were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 100-barrel production tank, and vertical separator. The secondary containment was free from signs of spills, or leaks. The load line valve was plugged and locked. The production reports were current. I noted there was a discarded 210-barrel stock tank staged outside the active battery.
