Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL12713 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
001216i325 2002-03-27 Production Wells No Violations Obtained GPS coordinates. No violations.
0489462610 2004-03-19 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-separator a dike and a fence.
0602173706 2007-05-08 Production Wells No Violations Random inspection. GPSd well and tank battery. Found no violations at this time.
1952325801 2018-06-13 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2081. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Well and tank battery access remained stable and drivable. The well was located within a locked chain link fence enclosure. Identification indicated the former owner. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The annulus was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The master gate valve was closed. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A locked chain-link fence enclosure was present on top of the dike. Identification on the fence indicated the former owner. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) steel production tank. The separator remained in good repair. A domestic supply connection was present. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. A review of RBDMS indicated well ownership changed on 5/3/2018 and was within the 60 day window for updating. I will follow up with the operator to determine the status of identification correction.
