I called Rick Keppler ( Great Lakes Energy) and advised that the fencing must be installed immediately around the drilling pits. He advised that he was going to call somebody to install the fence ASAP . I advised that I would check the site later today or early tomorrow morning to see if the fencing has been installed .

I inspected the silt fence and found that it has been properly installed along the entire south edge of the location . No violations at this time .

1751962838 2006-04-24 Inspection revealed that Kilbarger Drilling is at 3822 at noon . The daylight driller advised that they should be finishing the well on Wednesday afternoon sometime . No violations at this time .

2102710540 2006-04-05 Inspection revealed that Robertson Excavating is clearing and building the location. Rick Keppler (Great Lakes Energy) gave me prior notification about Robertson Excavating being ready to start working on the location today . A crew is loading debris (tires/trash) into trash dumpsters while a trac-hoe and dozer are building the location. They haven't started digging the drilling pits as of this time. Silt fence is being installed along the south edge of the location. No violations at this time. The drilling rig should be ready to move onto location next week . I will check the site on Monday to see if they have completed the location.
644060379 2006-05-08 Inspection revealed that drilling pits are completely covered and location graded . The drilling pits were solidified last Wednesday (05/03/06) and mostly covered at that time. No violations at this time.
703685226 2006-05-03 On site to witness the soildification of the drilling pits as required by the drilling permit . Robexco is using a trac-hoe to mix the solidification material. Chem-Tech brought the solidification material earlier this morning (app. 24 tons of material for both the pits). Pits were full of materials so I advised the hoe operator ( Jon Eick ) that he could dig a couple of laterals to take care of the excess solidified material . No violations at this time .
