There is a depression approximately 10' X 12' X 6" deep. Operator needs to bring a few yards of topsoil on site to repair the lawn. Called John Flemming and informed him of the complaint and the work that needs to be completed. | ||||

| -482213432 | 2013-05-29 | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery and well are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The vent stack on the production tank is plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter. The vent stack is then plumbed up and topped with a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. | ||||
