-1191180888 2007-09-06 On site regarding a complaint from a neighbor on the west side of 306. Operator tied into Dominion's line in the front lawn of the neighbor. There is a depression approximately 10' X 12' X 6" deep. Operator needs to bring a few yards of topsoil on site to repair the lawn. Called John Flemming and informed him of the complaint and the work that needs to be completed.
-2043890781 2007-09-17 On site for a follow up to complaint received 09/06/2007. Neighbor complained that there lawn was damaged when operator tied into the Dominion line. There was 12' X 10' X 6" depression. Operator has repaired lawn with topsoil.
-260146413 2008-07-30 Lease road is stable. Permit sign is up. Site is stable, vegetation is established. Tank battery and well is fenced. Lock on the well was not locked. Lock was closed by inspector. John Flemming from Range Resources was contacted regarding locks.
-482213432 2013-05-29 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery and well are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The vent stack on the production tank is plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter. The vent stack is then plumbed up and topped with a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1180704715 2007-06-01 Operator has reached TD. Well has been logged, there is a mud ring at the pay zone. Driller is running 4" down with a bit to clean out mud. Pits linear are in place. Pits need to be pumped down. Silt fence and safety fence are up and in place. Called John Flemming asked them to pull some water from the south pit.

1333374326 2012-03-30 My inspection found the lease road is stable and an identification sign is posted. The man doors at the well head and tank battery need working locks installed on them. The well owner will be contacted regarding this issue.
