0840532145 2017-09-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations During this inspection, the well was observed to be equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with a meter, drip bottle and two regulators. The well was fenced but needed a lock on the man door. The tank battery consisted of one 140 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The vent stack on the 140 BBL production tank was plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter and topped with a spark arrestor. The tank battery was diked and had proper, legible signage. The fence around the tank battery had a damaged man door. The lease access was stable. I contacted Kyle Ahbel of Enervest about repairing/replacing the man door at the tank battery and adding a lock on the man door well fence.
1222868887 2008-10-01 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Lease road is stable and constructed out of durable material. Well is a rabbit well. Site has been graded, seeded and vegetation is established. One 100 BBL low profile tank and one 1500gal poly tank. Mechanical separator. Fencing has green plastic inserts and three strings of barbed wire. Gates are locked. ID sign on 100 BBL tank.
1959519696 2013-07-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tank is vented through a 55 gallon charcoal filter and into a spark arrestor. The load lines have bull plugs and locks. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
