| The purpose of my inspection today was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a plunger lift system. The tubing valve was open. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel tanks, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one chart meter. All equipment is within an earthen dike. The identification is located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there are no violations present.

| On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment including 2 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tanks contained within an earthen dike, there was a secondary production area which contained a horizontal separator with a 2-inch diameter meter run and drip, there was a domestic gas hookup with meter off of the separator, the valve going to the domestic gas was closed and it appeared that it was no longer in use.  The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, the well was using artificial lift technology as a means of production .  The 8.625-inch diameter surface casing had 2-inch diameter valves coming off it, one of the valves was in the open position with no plug in the valve.  There was a small leak on the 2.375-inch diameter gate valve, the 4.5-inch diameter production casing had significant oxidation on it.  Production was reported for 2017 and identification was present on all equipment.  I will contact Enervest Operating and inform them of the problems that need to be remediated.
