The erosion control measures implemented appeared to be functioning properly in minimizing accelerated erosion & sedimentation. The operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation, and to maintain or replace the filter fabric fence and/or hay bales until the well-site is restored. In addition the operator should insure that a site ID sign is placed where the access road begins off of the state road.
