Well site was previously drilled (2005). Crews are on-site preparing to frac. The Site ID sign and E&S plan are present. E&S controls such as silt fence and broad based dips have been implemented. However, there is still mud being tracked on to the township road. Contacted operator representative Doug Miller. A brush truck was sent to the site. The operator will continue to monitor the site until restoration activities are complete. At this time the NOV can be closed. |
