Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2284795 Primary Facility 2014-07-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion related to the access road or well-site. There was minor erosion observed in relation to the access road and its associated erosion controls. If no action is taken by the operator there is a potential for these issues to develop into a more significant erosion issue.
