Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1882453 2010-03-31 No Violations Noted The well is drilled and equipped for production. The site has been restored and vegetation is well established. The Brine Tank appears to be in sound condition.

There was an E&S concern noted. The silt fence on the lower side of the site should be removed. The silt fence is actually causing water to pond on the lower side of the site. At this time, the vegetation is established and the silt fence is no longer needed anyway.

1890675 2010-05-20 No Violations Noted Well equipped. Tag located. As per a recommendation from a previous inspection, the silt fence has been removed. There are no signs of erosion or sedimentation.
