| Drilling was completed on 05/19/08.  Well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection.  Below grade pit was located onsite and had more than the two feet of required freeboard.  Observed that the filter fabric & hay bale BMP should be restablished to insure that it remains functional.  In addition the diversion ditch located on the upper side of the well-site should be stabilized with a BMP )i.e. rock, erosion control matting) so as to minimize sediment generation & transport off-site.

1803996 Primary Facility 2009-06-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 05/19/08. Well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit was located onsite and had more than the two feet of required freeboard. Observed that the filter fabric & hay bale BMP should be restablished to insure that it remains functional. In addition the diversion ditch located on the upper side of the well-site should be stabilized with a BMP )i.e. rock, erosion control matting) so as to minimize sediment generation & transport off-site.
2586565 Primary Facility 2017-04-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. A third party had dumped a small amount of construction waste on the well-site.
