Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1867307 Primary Facility 2010-02-25 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted drilling @ 42.5ft/E&S advice/ID&pit ok
1891516 Primary Facility 2010-05-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well is drilled, but not equipped for production. Site ID sign and E&S plan located. Pit is still on-site / appears to be in sound condition. One E&S concern was noted:
2082987 Primary Facility 2012-07-13 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus, brine tanks, and pump jack appear to be in sound condition. The well pad site does not meet the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria. The Department suggest the Operator reseed and mulch the area directly in front of the well directly adjacent to the access road. The Department also suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site until the vegetative criteria is met.
2129990 Primary Facility 2012-12-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site was drilled and equipped for production. Production shed, pump jack and brine tank appeared to be in very good condition. No corrosion issues or fluid leaks to the environment were noted. Permanent site stabilization appeared sound.
2591727 Primary Facility 2017-05-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. It was noted that the access road did require routine maintenance. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition.
2710102 Primary Facility 2018-03-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The annulus is open. The well head casing, piping, pump jack, equipment and grounded 100 bbl fiberglass fluid collection tank look ok.
