No observation of accelerated erosion and sedimentation in relation to the access road or well pad area at the time of inspection. The drill pit located onsite appears to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure site stability and BMPs are maintained.
