2683010 Primary Facility 2018-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 11, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC Sharer Location in Stevens Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Matt Chilson was on site for Susquehanna Services to operate the WMGR123 permitted waste processing facility on site.

The site ID sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. Earth disturbance work had recently been conducted at the southeast corner of the pad. It appeared as though a drain had been installed. The Department observed the plans to be modified to show the installation of the drainage feature. Eric Hottenstein, Environmental Supervisor with Chesapeake, stated that the drain was installed because there was an issue with standing water at the southeast corner of the pad. Mr. Hottenstein verified that the drain had a valve that was to remained closed unless site conditions warranted the opening of the valve. The disturbed earth was observed to be stabi
