| At the time of inspection, rods and tubing were laying near the well.  Well has a rig over it that Billy Northime runs.  Well was being cleaned out and it was decided that the operator wanted to plug it.  Paperwork will be sent in, but Billy shares equipment with Gary Northime and needs to wait for Gary to finish up his plug job before this one can start.  Casing appears to be approx. 4 7/8" inside of 6 1/4" and 5 5/8" or so.

| At the time of inspection, no activity was taking place.  Well operator was onsite and said the plugging crew should be onsite sometime during the day.  4 7/8" casing below the packer was perforated and cement poured from TD up to 1050, where it was tagged.  There were 2 plastic totes onsite, which one was filled with flow back and the other was being used for mixing cement.  There were several empty cement sacks around and still many more unused one on a flat bed trailer.  Next step is to separate the 4 7/8" and try to pull it out, then finish with the cement.

| At the time of inspection, no activity was taking place. Well is plugged.  740' of 4 7/8" casing was pulled out of the well.  Cement was poured up to 600' and pea gravel from there to surface.  Wellhead was cut below grade and a tall 2" pipe was placed over the well.  A plate was attached to the pipe and the API # was welded on it.  Some rods still remain at the site.
