No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Well pad was rocked and surrounding areas were adequately restored with at least 70% successful vegetative growth.
1890460 2010-06-09 No Violations Noted According to records, well was completed on 10/31/03 to depth of 3790 ft and has been permitted since 08/16/03. WRAC was submitted and approved on 12/05/03. Well tag information present at the site. Well head completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ and reduced to 2¿ production line. Production equipment consisted of separator (150 psi), data logger (150 psi/100 psi), and 100 bbl brine tank (< 20 bbl fluid). No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. No signs of gas leak at the well head and lines
