Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1847450 2009-11-18 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was in production. Drilling was completed on 07/18/07. Well was tagged. Brine tank appeared in sound condition and was ¼ full. Well site was properly restored with >70% uniform vegetative cover. Since adequate vegetative cover had been established it is recommended that all temporary E&S controls (filter fence) be removed. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to well site. Access road entrance to well site was adequately rocked. Noted the shared access road (thru way) was stable. In addition, it is recommended that culvert outlets be maintained (cleaned) and rocked as well as removing filter fabric fence as this is not a recommended BMP for sediment control for culvert outlets.
