-No Well tag at this time. only identification is well name on meter. -small leak where outlet pipe attaches to Brine tank. a wet orange slick exists from point of origin to ground. some puddling is occuring. contacted Victory Energy Corp. on 10-7-2009 to inform them of leak. Tender and supervisor should be out to fix it. -access road is stable -vegetation has grown back to about 75%. More seed and mulch may be needed -There are no E&S issues at this time See Insp ID 1837551 done 10/14/09, brine leak corrected, no enforcement action planned, case closed.
