Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2461987 Primary Facility 2016-03-03 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted A pre-operational inspection of the West End well pad was conducted at the request of the operator in accordance with 58 Pa. C.S. §3258 (a.1). There are existing wells on the well pad currently in production and the operator intends to advance additional wells at this location. The well site was originally constructed prior to the enactment of Act 13 and therefore was not required to have a pre-operational inspection prior to commencing drilling activities. Given that the operator intends to advance additional wells on the well pad, a pre-operational inspection was requested to comply with the current regulation cited above. No violations were noted during the inspection.
