Although well site and access road snow-covered, no obvious signs of accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted.

Well label present, in need of update. Brine tank appears sound; however, dent present on upper right side of tank when standing at wellhead. No active leaks and/or evidence of any prior releases observed at this time.

Department recommends Operator replace well tag and install on well in a legible, visible, and permanent manner as per current regulations and also conduct inspection of brine tank to ensure structural integrity is not compromised in order to prevent any potential pollution events from occurring.
