2738570 Primary Facility 2018-06-07 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Compliance Evaluation Inspection to address outstanding violation against well 6H (073-20403) for use of an open-top tank to collect/store production water (PA Code 78a.57a). Violation originally noted on inspection from 3/16/18 (ID# 2707037). Operator has installed a fitted cover correcting the violation.

Site restoration violations against the ESCGP permit are still open and will be addressed on a separate inspection when restoration violations are corrected. Restoration work currently being done on site.

This inspection report also serves to close a SWMA301 violation noted on 1/5/15 (Inspection ID # 2333064). Please see site characterization approval letter dated 5/22/15.
