| At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:40 p.m., the cellar was full of gravel, the (8x5) vent pipe was open and tied into the production line, there was 106psi on the production line. There was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar.

| I inspected the LaRue well site. The wells associated with this site are as follows:  115-20009, 115-20022, 115-20027.  The wells were properly labeled.

The site was surrounded by active agriculture.  The vegetation surrounding the site was very healthy and lush.  The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated with perennial vegetation.  The access road and pad surface were not very smoothly graded however they were both solid and stable.

One production tank was heavily patched and showing signs of further corrosion.  It is recommended this tank be replaced.

There was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar.

I left the site at 13:35 p.m.

2737720 Primary Facility 2018-06-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the LaRue well site. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20009, 115-20022, 115-20027. The wells were properly labeled.

The site was surrounded by active agriculture. The vegetation surrounding the site was very healthy and lush. The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated with perennial vegetation. The access road and pad surface were not very smoothly graded however they were both solid and stable.

One production tank was heavily patched and showing signs of further corrosion. It is recommended this tank be replaced.

There were no erosional issues noted.
