| I performed a RTNC inspection of the Verex site on April 26, 2018.  The wells associated with this site are the 115-20243 and 115-20244.  The cut slope was sparsely vegetated but was mostly rock.  The fill slope was well vegetated and the access road and pad surfaces were solid and stable.  The wells were all properly labeled.  There were no erosional issues noted.

2723717 Primary Facility 2018-04-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Verex site on April 26, 2018. The wells associated with this site are the 115-20243 and 115-20244. The cut slope was sparsely vegetated but was mostly rock. The fill slope was well vegetated and the access road and pad surfaces were solid and stable. The wells were all properly labeled. There were no erosional issues noted.

There were no violations observed.
