2100263	2012-09-17	Pending	The site is currently in production. There was no activity occurring at the site during the inspection. I reviewed the on-site E & S Plan, the weekly/post-storm inspection reports, and the current conditions of the site. I attempted to locate a valid drilling permit for the site, regardless of well designation for this site but was unsuccessful. The ESCGP issued for this site is still valid. I made an inquiry (attached) with Chesapeake Appalachia regarding the status of permitting for this site and learned that the new permit application had been finalized and was awaiting the landowner notifications to be returned before submitting the application to permitting. I did not observe any erosion control or sedimentation issues on the site, however, no current drilling permit exists at the time of the inspection. The wells that have been drilled and the permist have expired 640 days ago.
