2737331 Primary Facility 2018-06-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Koromlan well site. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20272, 115-20273, 115-20350, 115-20351, 115-20441, 115-20444. The wells were properly labeled.

The cut slope was rocky and vegetated where soil conditions weren't too rocky. The fill slope was very well vegetated. There did not appear to be any areas of instability noted. The pad surface and access road were both solid and stable. There did not appear to ne any erosional issues on site at the time of inspection.

There were no violations noted.
