| I performed a RTNC inspection of the Yvonne well pad.  The wells associated with this site are the 115-20605, 115-21932 and the plugged 115-20606. The well was properly labeled.

The access road and pad surface was solid and stable with no erosional issues apparent. There was good vegetative growth along the access road and around the pad perimeter. There was a small pile of riprap stored onsite.

The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated also with perennial vegetation appearing green, lush and vibrant. There did not appear to be any erosional problems apparent during the inspection.
